    Our 100% satisfaction guarantee ensures that every item you purchase at SOLEFOODNY.com meets your high standards - We do not accept returns! You can only return an item for a refund if an error has been made on our part. All sales are final.
    NOTICE:Regardless of circumstance regarding a refund, SFNY reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.

    How do I change or cancel my order?

    Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement, and it may not always be possible to cancel. Under no circumstance can we change shipping address after an order is placed. Please make sure to ship to your billing address or your order could be cancelled. For all other changes please e-mail us. See below for information on presale order changes.

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    SOLEFOODNY.com currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, American Express, and PayPal for all orders.
    Customers without a PayPal account will have an option to set up an account with Paypal while you go through the payment process. However, you do not need to create a PayPal account if you choose not to. You will be prompted by PayPal to create an account with them or not after the transaction goes through.

    I ordered the wrong size, can I request a size exchange or refund?

    A:

    If you placed an order for the wrong size, you may only request a size exchange within (6) hours of your purchase as long as SFNY has your desired size in stock. No refunds or size exchanges will be authorized after the previously stated (6) hour time frame.

    When will my presale order ship?

    Presale products will ship within (1-3) busines days after the offical release date.

    Can I cancel my presale for a refund?

    A:

    Unfortunately we are unable to cancel presales. It is our company policy as we make a commitment to our supplier for arrangements to obtain all presales on release day.

 

Shipping and Delivery Questions

    How long will it be before I receive my order?

    A:

    All orders are shipped USPS Priority, please allow 1 Business days for order processing. With US Priority Mail, you should receive your order within 2-3 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses.

    For International orders, please allow 3-7 business days. If order has not arrived within the time period, there might be delay due to destination country's custom clearing process. Feel free to contact us to help you locate your package at any time.
